Air Export Customer Service Clerk (Working 4o4o 7am-7pm)
Streamlining the Air Export process and liaising with all parties to update on export status.
Working 4 on 4 off from 7am-7pm (No remote), typically daily duties include:-Â
- Coordinate and manage air export shipments from A-Z
- Prepare and process export documentation, including air waybills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Communicate with customers, airlines, and overseas agents to ensure timely and accurate shipment handling.
- Track and trace shipments, providing updates to customers and resolving any issues that arise.
- Knowledge of Aviation Security advantageous
