Air Export Gateway Coordinator (Mon-Fri 10am-6.30pm)

Typical daily duties include:- 

  • Working as part of LHR Export gateway for all branches.
  • Plan Flight Schedules / manage allocation and rates
  • Responsible for ensuring clients KPI requirements.
  • Flight and capacity management to get best achieved rates
  • Planning and executing ULD builds
  • Hold strong relationships with the carrier operations
  • CASS understanding and processing
  • Accurate completion of all types of customs paperwork and shipping documents.
  • Responsible for financials for each job, such as: managing daily job cost with internal departments such as pricing, sales and commercial.
  • To ensure company financial regulations are followed and the correct paperwork (sales, COD or immediate payment invoices) is raised as necessary.
  • To ensure all distribution/warehouse related matters are carried out in accordance with import/export procedures.
  • Support junior members of the team in their learning and development.
  • Ensure all queries are acted upon immediately and where necessary escalated to senior staff.
  • Adhere to Aviation Security and the company’s security procedure.
  • Ensure that you are cross trained so that you can provide cover for other team members.
  • Working as part of LHR Export gateway for all branches.
