I am recruiting for an Import Administrator to join a friendly freight forwarding company located near Heathrow.
The role involves applying for import licenses, emailing invoices to customers, and monitoring the group inbox.
Candidates should ideally have 3-6 months of freight experience and possess excellent administrative skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, are required.
The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 09:00 to 17:30, with a competitive salary based on experience.

I'm recruiting for a Import administrator to join a friendly freight forwarding company based locally to the Heathrow area.

Daily duties will include:

Applying for import licenses
Email invoices to customers
Monitoring group inbox
Investigating and resolving accounts queries
Liaising with customers and suppliers
General admin ie data entry and filing

Experience needed:

Excellent admin skills
Ideally 3-6 months freight experience
Keen to learn
Strong communication skills verbal and written
Must have Microsoft Excel experience

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 0900-1730
