NEW JUST IN - We are recruiting for a Freight Project Freight Project Co-ordinator for events!

My clients a well established specialist freight forwarding within live events & projects, they are currently a highly experienced Freight Project Co-ordinator to join there dynamic team!

  • Dealing with both imports and exports start-finish
  • Co-coordinating projects / event logistics
  • Liaising with the overseas agents and hauliers to secure the best rates
  • Handling key accounts
  • Liaising with the finance team with billing queries
  • Customs entries
  • Monitoring shipments from start-finish
  • Working closely with the warehouse team
  • Quoting clients
  • General customer services/ admin

Key Skills

  • Previous project experience within events lives/ projects
  • Good knowledge of all modes of transport- imports and exports
  • Outstanding knowledge of UK customs procedures and regulations
  • Project freight experience

Working Hours:

  • Monday- Friday 0900-1730
