My clients medium sized global forwarder seeking an experienced Key account manager to join their Heathrow team, you would be joining a well established, growing forwarder!
Duties would include:
- Customs entries for air freight shipments
- Dealing with all modes imports/exports- air,sea and road freight
- Quoting clients
- Raising invoices
- Arranging collections
- Liaising with overseas agents and airlines
- Main point of contact for key accounts
Skills required:
- 10+ years experience within the freight forwarding industry
- Ideally time critical/ pharma experience
- Import customs experience
- Good knowledge of all modes of transport- imports and exports
- Attention to detail
- Steady work history
- Outstanding customer service skills
- PC literate
Working hours:
- Monday- Friday 09:00-17:30
