This role is required to work together with the management team to manage whole operation of the company in order to serve our clients. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the Freight industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily Export/Import/Cross-trade freight forwarding operations including customs formalities for modalities - Air, Sea & Road Freight.
  • Managing & leading Import/Export team.
  • Liaising with Warehouse team members, Handling agents, Transporters, Customs, Overseas Offices/Agents, Shipping lines & Airlines.
  • Solve & support operational problems pro-actively for all day-to-day jobs within the Operations department.
  • Managing invoicing procedures towards our customers.
  • Seek work efficiency of Operations department.
