Our client has a vacancy for a Personal Assistant/Office Manager. This is a full time role, hours are Mon -Fri 0900-5.30pm. This role is located near to Heathrow Airport and you will be assisting the Managing Director. Salary £ 30-35k

The Candidate:

A minimum of 2 years previous experience.Discretion and confidentiality are a must. You must be able and prepared to work on your own initiative.

Duties Include:Reporting to the Managing Director / General Manager Performing secretarial work and providing senior managers with day-to-day administrative support as and when required Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls Managing the diary for the Managing Director and organising meetings and appointments (Business and Personal). Outstanding organisational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation both national and international. Organising events and Exhibitions. Preparing communications on the employer’s behalf, such as documents, reports, and presentations. Maintaining records, databases and filing systems. MS Office and English proficiency.
