This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment are excited to be working with one of our long standing Logistic clients on a rare opportunity for a driven Account Manager, based at their head office based in West London.

They are happy to look at someone with less experience that they can train.

The Role..

The role offers an opportunity to join a busy account team whose purpose is to offer and continually enhance, their services.

What You'll Be Doing..

  • To develop and enhance relationships with existing Customers, while identifying opportunities for new product sales
  • Manage Customer relationships, ensuring the Customer experience is positive
  • Develop active and new relationships with Customers and their key decision makers
  • Manage the Customer relationships, and to exceed the Customer’s expectations
  • Produce and maintain account plans/ track performance of accounts

What You'll Bring..

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Account management skills are a plus however they are happy to train someone with the above skills
