We are on the lookout for experienced HR Administrators to join our team on a temporary . The role is based in the vibrant areas of Hounslow, Isleworth, Heathrow, and Feltham. If you have a knack for vetting and compliance, onboarding, and general HR administration, we would love to hear from you.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conducting thorough vetting and compliance checks to ensure all new hires meet company and legal standards.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing employment contracts and coordinating orientation programs.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including record-keeping and handling confidential information.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job ads, organizing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and providing assistance as needed.
  • Maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
  • Familiarity with vetting, compliance, and onboarding processes.
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks.
