Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: West London/Surrey
Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 DOE + benefits
The Role
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with civils & groundworks experience in West London/Surrey region. This position is with a large groundworks company who mainly work on large residential developments across the South East for top 20 housebuilders. Projects will be around the West London, Surrey, Berks and Bucks area. This role with require you to travel to the office near Hounslow once a week and be site based the remaining 4 days.
The Company
This company is a well established groundworks firm with multiple offices in the South East and employee over 450 people. This groundworks company offer a number of services such as RC frames, groundworks, ground remediation and infrastructure
The role will require
- Prepare and negotiate BoQ, tender packages and contract documents
- Monitor and control project costs
- Risk management
- Forecasting and reporting at all stages through to finial accounts
- Attending project meetings
- Liaising with design teams, clients and sub-contractors
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant degree
- UK experience in groundworks
- Large scale residential development experience would be advantageous
- UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits
