Behaviour Mentor - Secondary School - Hounslow - Immediate or January Start - Competitive Salary

About the Role:

  • Behaviour Mentor required for a supportive secondary school in Hounslow.
  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
  • Immediate or January start available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with challenging behaviour.
  • Help students improve their behaviour while also supporting their academic progress.
  • Lead and assist with intervention programmes designed to improve behaviour and personal development.
  • Work closely with the SEN team and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to track and monitor student progress.
  • Diffuse challenging situations and create a positive, supportive learning environment.
  • Support students in overcoming barriers to learning and building self-confidence.
