About the Role:
- Behaviour Mentor required for a supportive secondary school in Hounslow.
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
- Immediate or January start available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with challenging behaviour.
- Help students improve their behaviour while also supporting their academic progress.
- Lead and assist with intervention programmes designed to improve behaviour and personal development.
- Work closely with the SEN team and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to track and monitor student progress.
- Diffuse challenging situations and create a positive, supportive learning environment.
- Support students in overcoming barriers to learning and building self-confidence.

- Willingness to undertake any additional training, such as Team Teach (desirable).
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
