Computer Science Teacher Needed - September 2025 Start

Prospero Teaching is seeking to recruit a well-qualified and dedicated Computer Science Lead, to start in September.

The Ideal Candidate:

Has a proven History to secure excellent pupil results in Computer Science GCSE
Can inspire and lead high quality teaching, learning and assessment
Is dynamic and an ambitious practitioner, who can build on the success of the subject and ensure good progress for all pupils
Has experience of effective teaching and supporting pupils with a range of SEN, behavioural and academic needs.

Experience,Training and Qualification's:

QTS or equivalent (to be offered supply teaching work)
Previous experience working in a UK school teaching Computing
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (or willing to complete this through us)

To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must :

Be willing to register with Prospero Teaching and complete all required vetting checks
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

Hours - 8:00 am - 4pm, plus parents evenings
