English Teacher – Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in English across various year groups.
- Option to teach A-Level English Literature for candidates with the relevant expertise.

- Plan and implement lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to close any learning gaps.
- Collaborate with the English department to refine and improve the curriculum.

English Teacher – Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in English or a related field.
- Experience teaching English, with the ability to teach A-Level content.
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Confidence and subject knowledge to teach A-Level Literature is desirable but not essential.
