The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will be working with SEN pupils with needs such as Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia. You will be working in the SEN department as an SEN Teaching Assistant but you will also be assisting pupils in their classes. As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will be expected to work directly with the SEN pupil to ensure the class work is completed at the best of their ability. Reporting back to the class teacher and SENCO on any developments, progressions and any concerns.
The School - Mainstream Secondary School
The school is a'Outstanding' Mixed Mainstream Secondary School with pupils agedbetween 11-19 years old. There are 1400pupils that attend the school. The school hours are 8.15-15.15, there is parking on site and local transport links
