Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Hounslow, London
Pay Rate: 85 - 110 per day (dependent on experience and school location)
Contract: Temporary (with the potential for permanent placement)
Start Date: Immediate - September

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be providing essential support to students with a wide range of needs, helping to create a nurturing and inclusive educational experience. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that each child can achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teachers to support students with SEN/SEMH needs.
- Implement individualized strategies to meet each student's unique requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assist in managing classroom behavior and ensuring a safe learning space.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.

Requirements:
- Experience working with SEN/SEMH students is highly desirable.
