Sous Chef - Brighton, £32k plus £9,000k in tips per year, 45/50 hours per week and you will work 4 days on, 3 days off. All meals on duty and working for a good stable company. Cooking all fresh food from scratch. You must be living and working in the UK or have Right to Work/Settlement status. NO Visa's.
Come and join this great company and cook all fresh food from scratch to a high standard. You will be working in a brigade of 7/8 with covers of about 80 to 100. You need to have worked as a Sous Chef before from an all fresh food background from either a high standard gastro pub or restaurant.

- £32k Plus tips £9,000k per year due to service charge - so £41k
