What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Provide high-quality care and ensure children feel happy and secure
- Encourage learning and creativity through fun, age-appropriate activities
- Collaborate with your team to deliver engaging educational experiences
- Prioritise safety and well-being for every child under your care
- Develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Assist with daily routines such as mealtimes, outdoor play, and rest periods
- Monitor and celebrate children's progress, keeping accurate records
What We're Looking For:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred
- A passion for early childhood education and helping children thrive
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented approach
- A caring and proactive attitude with a commitment to quality childcare
