- Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and rest periods.
- Monitoring children's progress and developmental milestones, maintaining accurate records.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred but not essential).
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and helping them succeed.
