We are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to lead a team of five dedicated insurance professionals in delivering exceptional service to a growing insurance portfolio of clients
Role Overview:
You will play a pivotal role in identifying and fulfilling insurance needs across a variety of sectors, including:
- Care and domiciliary care
- General insurance (shops, offices, etc.)
Speaking to clients to establish their needs to prospecting and generating new sales and introductions for both insurance and business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle risks ranging from £600 to £16,000+
- Cross-sell products and services to maximize value for clients
What We’re Looking For:
While we’re open to candidates from various industries, the ideal applicant will have:
- A background in sales for insurance, recrtuiment, wealth management or finance - (experience in closing a sale)
- A proactive, efficient, and self-motivated work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
