We are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to lead a team of five dedicated insurance professionals in delivering exceptional service to a growing insurance portfolio of clients

Role Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in identifying and fulfilling insurance needs across a variety of sectors, including:

  • Care and domiciliary care
  • General insurance (shops, offices, etc.)

Speaking to clients to establish their needs to prospecting and generating new sales and introductions for both insurance and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle risks ranging from £600 to £16,000+
  • Cross-sell products and services to maximize value for clients

What We’re Looking For:

While we’re open to candidates from various industries, the ideal applicant will have:

  • A background in sales for insurance, recrtuiment, wealth management or finance - (experience in closing a sale)
  • A proactive, efficient, and self-motivated work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
