Grafton Banks Finance are working with a well-established services company with offices in Hove, East Sussex to recruit a Part Time Permanent Finance Manager. Working 2-3 days a week ideally in office.  Working alongside the Finance Director and Managing Director you will be responsible for managing the smooth running of the company’s finances

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Monthly Bookkeeping
  • Managing all company finance transactions
  • Company Expenses
  • Cashflow analysis and projections
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Tax planning - both VAT and Corporation Tax
  • Commission calculations
  • Payroll
  • Xero
  • Invoices pay and send/Credit notes
  • Credit control
  • Banking

The successful candidate will be either ACCA, ACA, CIMA Part or fully qualified or QBE with strong practical experience to date either within industry or practice. You will need to have excellent communication skills to manage the companies finances with both finance and non-finance professionals. Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages ( Word, Excel). You will need to be able to multi task, work to deadlines and manage workloads solely and within a team .
