Description

  • Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
  • Managing calendars, coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintaining an organised filing system for easy document retrieval.
  • Assisting in the preparation of department budgets and expenses.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for department members.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as assigned.

Profile

A successful 'Administrator' should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other administrative software.
