Description
- Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Managing calendars, coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintaining an organised filing system for easy document retrieval.
- Assisting in the preparation of department budgets and expenses.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for department members.
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned.
Profile
A successful 'Administrator' should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other administrative software.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, industrial / manufacturing environment.
Job Offer
