Nursery Room Leader – Hove - Immediate start!This is an attractive opportunity for a motivated Nursery Room Leader to become a valued member of a professional and supportive team in a desirable, welcoming nursery school in Hove. This is a permanent and all year round position starting as soon as possible!

This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week. 

The roleAs the Nursery Room Leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding your team to reach their fullest potential while supporting each child's journey. You will be a skilled educator with a strong passion for coaching and mentoring, embodying leadership qualities that thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role involves leading and preparing educational activities to ensure a smooth running of the room day to day.

The ideal Nursery Room LeaderThe nursery believes the quality of staff is crucial to pupils’ success and therefore you must have the following:

  • Level 3 EYFS Practitioner
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and pedagogy
  • Experience of engaging children with learning, through effective communication and full understanding of a child’s needs
  • Be a positive role model!
  • A flexible can do attitude
  • Passion for working with young children
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
