Are you an experienced Nursery Room Manager looking for a new opportunity in a vibrant, large-scale nursery? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Nursery Room Manager to lead and inspire our nursery's team, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for the children in our setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a dedicated team of nursery practitioners, ensuring high standards of care and learning are consistently met.
  • Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for children in your room.
  • Support the professional development of staff, providing guidance and mentoring.
  • Work closely with parents and carers, fostering positive relationships and regular communication about children's progress.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children.
  • Oversee the implementation of the EYFS curriculum and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a senior nursery role with strong leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures.
  • Ability to lead a team, motivate others, and maintain high standards of care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.
