This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with some legal experience to kick-start their career in our busy Dispute Resolution Department.

This role will be working closely with Senior paralegals and Solicitors within the team, handling a diverse caseload and assisting on property litigation, debt recovery, and other general litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

These will include but not limited to:-

  • Taking new enquiries and setting up new case files
  • Carrying our AML checks
  • Billing and invoicing cases
  • Taking inbound calls from the court and Defendants
  • Managing your own case load of debt collection and other litigation matters with supervision
  • Assisting in the preparation of trial bundles, witness statements, and other necessary documentation for hearings.
  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and document management.
  • Maintain case files and keep them up to date on the firm's case management system.

    A law degree is not essential, but it will be an advantage as will a background in a legal environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to a career in law and willing to hit the ground running.
