On behalf of our client, a well-regarded SME Construction Consultancy, we're looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join their team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while supporting various departments. The Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience in creating and correcting formulas. You will work with reports from Surveyors and handle data processing tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for producing and formatting documents.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint for maintaining and updating the cloud-based Business Management System.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various departments.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint is preferred but not essential.

The Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager and various departments within the company.
  • Produce reports and spreadsheets in Excel, using and creating formulas as required.
  • Format and produce documents in Microsoft Word, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage and update the company's Business Management System (SharePoint).
  • Share administrative duties such as taking meeting minutes, handling telephone enquiries, and monitoring the company's mailbox.
  • Support the team by attending virtual meetings, welcoming visitors, managing post, and scanning documents.
