We are seeking a Temporary Administrator for our busy office in Hove. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in the estate agency sector, offering a varied set of responsibilities. Familiarity with Alto software would be beneficial.
Day-to-day of the role:- Meeting and greeting clients in our First Floor Office.
- Answering telephone calls and efficiently registering client details into our system.
- Preparing marketing materials and formalising instructions to clients.
- Booking appointments and following up on them, providing feedback to clients.
- Potentially accompanying clients on viewings.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the estate agency sector.
- Proficient in using office management software; knowledge of Alto is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
