The Brighton team is currently engaged in a variety of exciting projects, including new builds, extensions, and conversions for a well-known hotel chain. This Quantity Surveyor (PQS) / Project Manager role offers a client-facing position, and candidates should possess excellent customer service and organisational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and strong time management abilities. You will be managing between 4-5 projects simultaneously, each at different stages of the project life cycle, with values ranging from £1-4 million. Your responsibilities will span from project inception to completion.

To be considered, Quantity Surveyor candidates should have at least 3-4 years of consultancy / client-side quantity surveying experience. This role will involve some travel, although projects are primarily located within the South East. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and professional qualifications. Candidates that are chartered (MRICS), or part way through their APC would be of particular interest.
