You will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity for students and supporting the wider school staff.Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage secondary school classrooms in the teacher's absence.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students complete the assigned work.
  • Maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Provide feedback to the school on the day's lessons and any issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role; sports coaching, community centre work etc.
  • Skills: Strong classroom management and the ability to engage students.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to different school environments and follow lesson plans effectively.
