Service Delivery Manager - Huddersfield - Up to £40,000

The Role

Are you a Technical Leader who is looking for a new challenge? We are on the search for a demonstrated leader who is experienced Microsoft Exchange, Azure, Applications, server, storage and security. As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining SLAs from a service provider standpoint. This is across service desk and project delivery. The company is highly accredited and is a regional player. In this role you will be responsible for managing a close-knit team, ensuring SLAs are met across the board and coordinating internal resources for various projects. You will be comfortable to be hands-on and analyse areas of improvement, breaking down the workload and doing a lot of people management.

Role Requirements

  • Project Delivery / Management Experience (Az, O365).
