Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Executive to join an exciting and fast-growing team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by selling bespoke products into the construction and domestic build market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven ability to develop new business within the industry. Knowledge of the construction sector would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets.
  • Proactively grow the customer base by engaging with new and existing clients.
  • Provide support to the external sales team as needed.
  • Working closely with the technical team in preparing quotations.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and increase revenue.
  • Handle customer enquiries via telephone and manage in-person customers
  • Provide customers with pricing.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient order dispatch.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain regular communication with clients to update them on order progress.
