- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, targeting Specifiers, Contractors, Modular Builders, Timber Frame Companies, and other key stakeholders within the building envelope market.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients, providing excellent service and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Actively engage with key decision-makers in the construction industry to promote the company’s products and secure new business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on increasing the company’s market share in the building envelope sector.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective territory management and proactive client engagement.
- Proven experience in a sales role within the construction materials industry, ideally with a background in building envelope products (although not required).
- Strong ability to manage relationships with Specifiers, Contractors, and offsite construction professionals.
- Target-driven and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business.
- Experience managing a territory and working independently to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building long-term relationships with clients.
