This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to join a growing organisation within the building envelope sector. You will be focused on driving revenue and expanding market presence within the North of England by fostering key relationships and securing new business opportunities in the building envelope market.  As the Area Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on managing and developing relationships with clients in the building envelope sector. You will work closely with key players including Specifiers, Contractors, Modular and Timber Frame companies to grow the company's brand and market share. The role is essential in driving the company’s sales growth by strategically managing your territory and building strong partnerships with clients in this sector.  Package: 1st Year OTE £55-65k // 2nd Year OTE £80-£100k & a Company Car + Company Benefits.Location: Covering North England (M62 Corridor) w/ additional travelReymas Group are partnered with a leading manufacturer renowned for delivering innovative and high-quality solutions within the construction industry.   • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, targeting Specifiers, Contractors, Modular Builders, Timber Frame Companies, and other key stakeholders within the building envelope market.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients, providing excellent service and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Actively engage with key decision-makers in the construction industry to promote the company’s products and secure new business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on increasing the company’s market share in the building envelope sector.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective territory management and proactive client engagement.
Experience & Skills Required:
  • Proven experience in a sales role within the construction materials industry, ideally with a background in building envelope products (although not required).
  • Strong ability to manage relationships with Specifiers, Contractors, and offsite construction professionals.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business.
  • Experience managing a territory and working independently to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building long-term relationships with clients.
