An Internal Sales / Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and expanding the company's existing client base within the business Based in Huddersfield, this individual will demonstrate a strong skill set in sales and customer relationship management.

Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage loyalty and long-term partnerships.
  • Take a proactive approach in responding to customer inquiries quickly and effectively. This includes providing quotes on the products and suggesting alternative solutions to meet customer needs when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure key accounts are maintained and strengthened.
  • Regularly follow up on quotes and sales leads to identify new opportunities for selling products and services.
  • Use the company's CRM system to accurately record data and process orders according to company guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly reports on sales results, market trends, and customer updates.
  • Accurately prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, such as customer service, finance, logistics, production, and product management.
  • Stay aware of market trends, potential threats, and growth opportunities to find new business prospects.
  • Meet individual sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Comply with the company's Quality Assurance (QA) and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Perform any other duties as needed for the role.
