Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for this fashion business that are established for 20 years and have 200 touch points across the UK.

The role will involve implementing the marketing strategy and oversee impactful campaigns aimed to enhancing the brand.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager - Fashion role are:

  • Plan, execute, and assess engaging seasonal multi-channel campaigns and product launches.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to driving customer acquisition, and ultimately increasing footfall, traffic, and sales.
  • Create and oversee the social media strategy to boost brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive interaction across all social platforms.
  • Strengthen brand presence and awareness while driving customer acquisition across various channels.
  • Ensure multi-channel campaigns align with the overarching marketing calendar and activity plan.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brand ambassadors & influencers.
  • Oversee and execute the localised marketing plan for new store openings & events.
  • Manage media planning across TV, press, and out-of-home advertising.
  • Collaborate with agencies to execute PR plans and strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team of Social Media Executive and Marketing Assistant.

Key requirements of the Marketing Manager - Fashion role are:

  • Have worked as Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive in a retail or eCommerce, B2C businesses.
  • You must have generalist marketing experience and have implemented the market strategy for the business .
  • That you have experience working alongside PR agencies
  • That you have evidence of driving new customer acquisitions
  • Ideally having previous experience in clothing or fashion-related but very open to background
  • Key areas are localised marketing & social media marketing so important to be strong in these areas
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
