Are you an experienced individual looking for a permanent position in a small friendly team? Stafflex are currently working with a local company, who provide specialty products used in the healthcare industry. This is a crucial role that requires key knowledge and excellent rapport building over the phone to help grow and build connections within the Health Care Industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Using a CRM system (training provided on Salesforce) to schedule appointments with Hospital Consultants Secretaries on behalf of the Territory Managers.
  • Building relationships through consistent and professional communication, ensuring trust and rapport are developed over time.
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with Territory Managers to support their sales efforts and ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
  • Booking accommodation for Territory Managers.

About You

  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or telephone-based role is essential. Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous but not required, as full training will be provided.
  • Communication Skills: Confident and comfortable speaking with Medical Secretaries and building lasting professional relationships.
  • Attention to Detail: Able to enter accurate information into the CRM and manage follow-up schedules meticulously.
  • Personality: Friendly, persistent, and socially skilled, with the maturity to engage with NHS professionals effectively.
  • Transport: Must have your own transport due to the office location and upcoming relocation to temporary premises.
