Ark Search are currently recruiting for a well established, high street practice in West Yorkshire who are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive to join them on a permanent basis due to expansion. This is an opportunity to join a small friendly team with lots of support and opportunity for career development.
Duties will include:
- Managing own caseload of residential conveyancing files from inception to completion
- Dealing with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold files
- Handling own title checks
- Dealing with re-mortgages, newbuilds, right to buys and help to buys
This role can be either on a full time or part time basis. There is also the option of hybrid working. Â
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE
