Page Personnel have just registered a new exciting Permanent Customer Service Advisor Position in Huddersfield to work for a reputable law firm with lots of exciting plans for the business!

This would be an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to get into a customer service role within the legal field with a business that will offer you the best training and progression and work alongside a lovely team.

Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact for potential customers as they begin their personal injury journey you will be assessing the claim and handling a high volume of queries whilst onboarding new customers.

If the claim is able to progress you will then be working with insurers to to begin the process for the customer.

The role will be mainly telphone based will be extremely fast paced and you will ensure each customer is provided the best level of service and level agreements are exceeded.

Profile

Ideally some customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality

A confident telephone manner

Exceptional communication skills

Empathetic and understanding

Caring and supportive whilst passionate about providing the best experience

Able to work to pace in a fast moving environment

An excellent team player
