Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative (Engineering Industry)

Reporting to: General Manager (GM)

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Engineer to join our team and help us maintain our high standards.

Purpose of the Role:
As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will collaborate with various departments to resolve customer claims and enhance our quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers and suppliers via phone or email.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Design, Technical, and Production teams to meet customer needs.
- Service Coordination: Arrange site visits and customer inspections with the factory.
- Claims Management: Log and resolve customer claims in a timely manner using our quality system.
- Documentation Control: Ensure all document requests are handled efficiently.
- Quality Improvement: Use our Quality/NCR system to reduce future customer claims, including holding meetings with relevant departments.
- Strong character with leadership qualities.
- Preferably an engineering background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and work well under pressure.
- Strong work ethic and flexibility with duties and working hours.
