We are currently recruiting on behalf of our key client based in Huddersfield who are looking for a temporary Data Administrator - immediate start

Hours of work Monday to Friday 40 hours - 8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. or 8.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.

Role Purpose:

Supporting a friendly team with administrative tasks and communication in a busy environment.

This role involves a lot of data input so you must be fast but accurate with a good eye for detail. 

Key Duties:
  • Assist Managers with stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain and update the main system.
  • Coordinate with the Analyst team for management information.
  • Provide general administrative support (e.g., capability matrix, overtime availability, summary plans).
  • Manage Purchase Orders 
  • Plan and arrange training and renewals.
  • Maintain and update the capability matrix.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform duties efficiently and meet key performance indicators.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
Skills and Experience:
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fast and accurate data input details
  • Organised with a good eye for detail
  • Confident using Excel and picking up different systems quickly
  • Ability to thrive in a busy working environment and ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong team player.
  • Immediately available

  • Accurate and timely logging of information 
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues.
