If you answered yes to these questions, then we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a Data Administrator to join our key client in Huddersfield. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating their databases, ensuring accuracy and quality of data. You will also provide support to other departments and assist with data analysis and reporting.
The role is working in the delivery & despatch department of a major logistics company ensuring that all deliveries are made correctly and any discrepancies or wrong deliveries are dealt with correctly and recorded on the system.
You will be responsible of investigating missing information on deliveries, monitoring a queries inbox and dealing with emails, escalate any issues to appropriate management and deal with ad-hoc customer service duties.
This is a shift-based role working Days & Nights so you must be able & prepared to work shifts!
My client is looking for either administration or customer service skills & experience.
You will need the following skills and qualifications to apply for this role:
- Experience in data entry or administration
- Available to cover the shift patterns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
We cannot offer part time hours or sponsorship on this role so to be considered for this role you must be able to prove full entitlement to work in the UK.
You must have access to your own transport as public transport is not an option.
