Are you an Estimator with a background in fenestration, looking to join a reputable company, who offer ongoing training, overtime and flexible working hours?
This company, established for over a decade, is one of the largest manufacturers and installers of aluminium doors and windows, supplying products nationwide. They are currently seeking an estimator to assist with their ongoing workload.
In this position, you will create accurate quotations for aluminium windows and doors using the company's internal software system. It will be your responsibility to ensure all documentation is correct for effective scheduling and production readiness. You will also build and maintain positive relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact to handle general and technical inquiries via email and phone.
This role would be ideal for an estimator with experience in the fenestration industry, who is looking to establish a long-term career with a specialised, large-scale window and door fabricator who offer flexible working hours and overtime to boost your salary package.
The Role:
- Provide accurate quotations of Aluminium windows and doors from customer drawings & specifications
- Maintain and manage positive relationships with customers
- Answer general and technical product enquires via e-mail and telephone
- Processing quotations into orders
- Monday to Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm) and one Saturday shift every month paid at an extra rate of pay
The Person:
- Experience in estimating windows and doors
- Excellent communications and customer service skills
