We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Deputy Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in a hands-on role, supporting both staff and residents while ensuring high clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance.
Drive quality governance, ensuring proactive problem identification and resolution.
Oversee staff development, supervision, and performance management to maintain consistency
Implement turnaround strategies to improve care standards and achieve a positive CQC outcome.
Assist in managing occupancy levels and financial performance to meet business objectives.
Support with on-call duties, including covering occasional night and weekend shifts when required.

Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) preferred but open to experienced residential care managers.
Proven leadership experience in a nursing or residential care setting.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations, quality governance, and safeguarding procedures.
Experience in turnaround environments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage challenging environments, support change, and establish new structures.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
