In this varied office-based role you will be responsible for managing finance in a family-feel office environment, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance, whilst managing 2 people. As a new role in the business you will have room to help implement process improvement and further your career from liaising with CEOs and CFOs internationally.
This large multinational company have a turnover in excess of £100 million yet boast a close and collaborative environment in the UK, with an extremely low staff turnover owing to an excellent working environment and bonus scheme. They have plans to continue their steady growth and dominance in their niche market for years to come.
This role would suit a Finance Manager looking to work in a collaborative and friendly environment where they will be valued, for a small UK division of a large multinational company.The Role:
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
- Overseeing 2 people in the office
- Liaise and report with key stakeholders and international senior management
- Office based, Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm
