In this varied office-based role you will be responsible for managing finance in a family-feel office environment, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance, whilst managing 2 people. As a new role in the business you will have room to help implement process improvement and further your career from liaising with CEOs and CFOs internationally.
This large multinational company have a turnover in excess of £100 million yet boast a close and collaborative environment in the UK, with an extremely low staff turnover owing to an excellent working environment and bonus scheme. This role would suit a Management Accountant or Financial Accountant with experience managing somebody looking to take the next step in their career for a manufacturer they will be proud to represent.The Role:
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
- Overseeing 2 people in the office
- Liaise and report with key stakeholders and international senior management
- Office based, Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm
The Person:
- Management Accountant / Financial Accountant
- Experience overseeing or managing people
- Manufacturing background
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or finalist
