Monday to Friday

Initial 15 month FTC with review of a permanent offering for the right person.

My client a UK leading specialist support company and is looking to find someone that has an interest in working within a busy team, liaising with departments & existing customers, is confident with taking customer calls, assisting with all enquiries, booking hotels for engineers, liaising with engineers for bookings and finding solutions. I am looking for someone that enjoys a busy office-based administration and customer support role.

o Updating contracts and client memberships

o Managing engineers hotels throughout the UK and appointment bookings

o Updating compliance documentation for site access and completion of works

o Administration support

The client offers an open office environment, full product and system training, a fun and friendly supportive team, local Halifax business, originally family owned and a great role for you to take ownership for.

I really need you to be able to demonstrate a strong ability to work under pressure, which will enable you to be a key support to this busy production administration team.

I am open to consider people from a busy office support or any customer support sales administrative background if you are confident on the phone, you can manage delivery timescales for customers, provide updates and update complex internal systems accurately.
