Pyramid8 are recruiting for a HR Manager / HR Generalist to work in a fast paced global company. This is a stand-alone role based out of their Head Office in Huddersfield.

As HR Manger you will oversee and manage a wide range of HR functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with UK employment laws. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional capable of handling employee relations, performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, and HR policy development. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture, providing support to employees and managers, and ensuring efficient HR operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience of a HR Manager role essential
  • Proven experience in managing all aspects of HR, including employee relations, HR strategy and performance management.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HR reporting, data analysis, and strategic HR planning.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, able to handle complex issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
