  • Your experience in HR, whether in an advisory or shared services role, has given you a solid foundation in areas like people development, recruitment, and employee relations. You’re up to date with the latest in people and culture change and may even be a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development.
  • Beyond your technical expertise, you’re a natural leader. You align your work with broader organisational goals, ensuring stakeholders are informed and involved. You champion inclusion, considering diverse views and individual needs, while driving positive change through clear communication and collaboration.
