This is a key leadership role that requires exceptional legal expertise, business development skills and a proven ability to bring in a client following while generating new business.
This award-winning and dynamic, Corporate & Commercial team has a vast array of regional, national and international business clients and specialisms.
The work would include, but not be limited to:
- Share and asset sales/purchases
- Mergers and demergers
- Corporate restructures
- Share buybacks, shareholder agreements and share incentive schemes
- Partnership agreements
- Investments
- Secured lending and company constitutional activities
