A new Corporate Solicitor opportunity has become available with one of Yorkshire's most reputable firms at its Huddersfield office.
Due to continued success, this award-winning, dynamic, Corporate & Commercial team with a vast array of regional, national and international business clients and specialisms is seeking an ambitious and experienced Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience) to further strengthen the team and build upon achievements. You will be joining a very experienced and collaborative team.Â
The work would include, but not be limited to:
- share and asset sales/purchases
- mergers and demergers
- corporate restructures
- share buybacks, shareholder agreements and share incentive schemes
- partnership agreements
- investments
- secured lending and company constitutional activities
If you join this team there is no doubt that you will find yourself working with great people, both in and out of the firm. You will also find yourself working with games developers and other businesses around the world and on transactions which have, in recent years, ranged from small to over £100m.
You will use your experience to advise clients based in the region and further afield both in the UK and abroad on all aspects of Corporate law. Clients include some of the most successful and exciting businesses in the region and beyond, across a range of sectors.
