Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the logistics department.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide necessary training.
- Handle any escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets and expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with transport and distribution regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance to the upper management.
Profile
- Proven track record of a managerial role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and tools i.e. Paragon
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Job Offer
